* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original state, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail indicating that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or means of payment is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact the company issuing your credit card, as it may take some time to officially display your refund.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Items sold or promoted (if applicable)
Only items at normal prices are refundable. Unfortunately, items sold or promoted are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same article, email us at commercial@vetocompagnon.fr and send your article to: 6 rue Léonard de Vinci, Laval, Pays de la Loire, 53000, France.
Gifts
If the item has been marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if it has been shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the item is returned, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift was sent the order in order to give it to you later, we will send the refund to her and she will know that you have returned her gift.

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time to receive your traded product may vary.
If you ship an item with a value greater than 75 €We recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
