• Customs or import taxes are not included in the delivery costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipments are from Monday to Friday included (except holidays).
• The delivery times we propose are based on the order being sent.

A confirmation e-mail is sent to you at the time of shipping your order.

To know when you will receive an item, you must consider the time required to obtain an item in stock indicated on the product pages, and the delivery time.

In the order confirmation email you have a tracking link to see where your order is via the Colissimo Post Office service.
 

Colissimo Home – without signature

Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period (see table above), directly in your mailbox.

If this is not large enough and you are absent, a notice of transit will be deposited allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel the next 3pm at the post office of your choice.

If you don't express any choice, you can then pick up your package at your connecting post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Home – with signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of (see table above) and delivered against signature.

If you are absent, a notice of transit will be sent to you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel the next day at the post office of your choice.

If you don't express any choice, you can then pick up your package at your connecting post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Point Withdrawal

With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several withdrawal methods to choose from to recover your parcel

– A La Poste, you can choose the establishment in which you wish to be delivered (without prior passage of your invoice at home) from among the 9,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail.

You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

– in Pickup relays, you can choose one of the 7,500 local shopkeepers of the Pickup network, close to your home, workplace or holiday, from which you wish to be delivered

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail.

You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

– in Pickup Station delivery You can choose one of the 500 automatic withdrawal instructions to have your package delivered. Place on your journey (gare, metro, parking, shopping malls, etc.) they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except in advance of the timetables of the shopping galleries and transport areas).

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail.

The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to remove your package for 3 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.
